Admissions Information
First Presbyterian Nursery School is open to three-, four- and five-year-olds regardless of church affiliation. Siblings are automatically offered a space in age-appropriate classes. Members of the First Presbyterian Church of New Canaan are given preference in admissions placement.
When a child is accepted at FPNS, a $500 registration fee is required with the returned contract to hold the space. This fee will be credited to the annual tuition and is non-refundable should the child withdraw. Tuition is paid in two installments: one on December 1st and one on May 1st.
Enrollment is for the entire school year. Fees will not be prorated for absences or days lost due to inclement weather. Should it become necessary to withdraw your child for any reason, written notification must be sent to the Director of FPNS as soon as possible. If your child is withdrawn for any reason, refunds in fees paid, or waiver of fees owed, will be made at the discretion of First Presbyterian Nursery School.
