A great day at FPNS for me:
It happens whenever she sees the children engaged in activities with smiles on their faces, and the next day, they are still talking about it.
I am inspired by:
Helping others.
A fun fact about me:
I love animals. I have held a Koala, met a sloth, and been in cages with lions and tigers at an exotic cat refuge.
Education:
I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education in 2000, with a focus on learning disabilities and emotional/behavioral disorders, and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education in 2003. I have taught and co-taught children with and without special needs from infancy to 6th grade. I have taught in public schools, preschools, early intervention programs, and privately tutored children. I began teaching at FPNS in 2019.
