An alumna of FPNS, Meghan Murphy Gould is the school’s music teacher. A lifelong musician and dancer, she has a B.A. in English from Bucknell University with minors in Music and Education.

After a career in fashion marketing, she was thrilled to return to the FPNS community in 2015. Meghan loves fostering young children’s innate love of song, rhythm, and movement with a diverse array of songs ranging from traditional children’s music to rock and roll. Students have a 20-minute music class that includes singing, dancing, instruments, and yoga. 

Meghan lives in New Canaan with her husband and two children, both of whom attended FPNS. Meghan is also a photographer who loves the beach, her garden, and traveling with her family.
